Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM.

Provide network infrastructure operations support, including configuration, deployment and troubleshooting enterprise-wide network technologies.
Perform routine adds, moves, changes for network ports and VLANs.
Assign IP addresses and DNS names per company policies.
Monitor systems and alerts, perform issue identification and resolution. Participate in IT major incident, change, problem management and disaster recovery processes.
- Understand emerging and current technology and identify solutions to meet business needs.
- ???????Solve problems, determine appropriate actions and complete planned activities with minimal direction.
- ???????Collect necessary information and escalate to Network Engineers as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
3+ years experience providing network and telecom infrastructure technical support in a complex data center environment.
Experience with Cisco-centric WAN, LAN and wireless infrastructure.
Knowledge of network load balancing, remote access and emerging SD-WAN technologies. CCNA certification a plus.
Knowledge of voice systems, including Avaya and AT&T routing a plus.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Must be flexible, adapt to changing priorities with good organization and time management skills
