Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Solutions Architect
National /Remote

Responsibilities: 

– Engage with sales and leadership team members from Microsoft to identify and execute strategy for how to better position our implementation team for success

· Support our Industry Leadership by identifying and executing on CRM growth strategy

· Participate and lead analysis and design sessions to capture functional and technical requirements related to clients’ sales, marketing, service, and operational needs

· Demonstrate expert understanding of the CRM solution and how to work with prospect and clients on building a conceptual design based on solicited requirements and best practices

· Advise clients and prospects on digital transformation approaches for solving business needs using CRM solution or related technologies

· Lead and manage client projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (sales, planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, training, and support)

· Maintain appropriate communication with all and client project team members to assure the project is meeting established expectations around time, scope, and budget

· Estimate and delegate system configuration/customization instructions based on identified design and platform best practices

· Assign tasks as appropriate to consultants; review their work for accuracy and thoroughness

· Lead sessions with clients to demonstrate completed features

· Evaluate and identify other potential needs for a client

· Assist in R&D capacity to understand the needs of the market and design solutions to meet those needs; work with the consultants to build identified solutions to take to market

· Support marketing efforts through events, webinars, whitepapers, and blogging

· Support business development efforts through scoping, configuring, and demonstrating solution and other digital transformation strategies

Qualification:

–  5 – 12 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM and related technologies

· 4+ years of leading Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM implementation operations

· 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM implementations, defining business requirements, business process management and client relationship management required

· 4+ years of project management experience in a professional services or similar environment

· Expert level understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics product suite, including D365 and Power Platform

· Expert level understanding of logical data modeling

· Demonstrated ability to implement tools and strategies to ensure a high standard of quality control

· Demonstrated systems analysis skills

· Superior written and verbal communication skills

· Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with the disciplined rigor for following proven methodologies

· Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities

· Ability to build and foster professional business relationships

· Strong desire to help clients maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement
