Data Entry Clerk

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for processing and auditing daily cash transactions. These transactions include customer payments, ACH transactions, and adjustments to customers’ financial and non-financial data. Ideal candidates will possess skills gained from working in insurance, escrow/titles, mortgage or banking fields. We are looking for someone that has an aptitude for digging into the details, has “big picture” critical thinking and can multi-task in this fast paced and busy office environment efficiently. The person in this role will work directly with agents, customers and our clients to ensure thorough and accurate collateral protection is in place, therefore the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and via email is a must.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Use basic office equipment
- MS Excel
